With only 2 weeks left before Christmas break, there are a couple items left to take care of before we take our much needed break.

1.        The Tamale fund-raiser ends Thursday, December 8th, 2011.  Please turn in all forms and payments to the CEHS Band Office so that we can make sure and order the proper amount of Tamales.

a.       Please note that Monday, December 12, 2011 is the delivery day.  This is the day that you must pick up your orders.

2.       Our Christmas Concert is Friday, December 16, 2011 at Clovis North HS.  We are doing a combined concert with the Clovis East Choral Program, the Clovis East Jazz Band and the Clovis East Wind Symphony.  There will be 2 concerts that night to ensure that we have space for everyone (concerts begin at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.)  Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door for $5.00 beginning Monday, December 12th , 2011.

a.       The students in the Clovis East Band and Percussion program will be making homemade desserts and bringing them to the Clovis North Performing Arts Center and we will be having a dessert auction.  The desserts should be festive and look really nice.......to entice the buyer.  =-)

b.      Please note that the Orchestra Concert is separate and will take place a different day all together.

3.       The Clovis East Instrumental Music Parent Christmas Party!!!

a.       Please don't miss out on this great opportunity to hang out with other music parents.  You all share something in common and that is that your children love music.  If you have never been to a Clovis East Parent event, let me assure you that you will have fun!!!
