Instrumental Banquet information....check the attached flyer below.
If you are the parent of a freshman or you just have never been to the banquet, you should know that this is a great event where everyone enjoys themselves. Every student is recognized, some receive awards, there are some student presentations, Senior Slide show, a video yearbook, a dance and some really amazingly delicious food. The boy scout troop from Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Clovis is in attendance to serve us our food, setup and clean up. Our only desire for this evening is for everyone to have fun, reflect on the great year and honor our beloved Senior Class.
This event is also a celebration for our parents and the hard work they have put into making this year great for our students!
The cost for this event is $25 per person (student or adult) but I want to assure you that every dime that is brought in goes toward the event. This is not a fund-raiser by any stretch.......the more money that is brought in, the more money is spent on making things even nicer. Money is due by Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
